Meet Holly

 "As an existential detective, cosmic time traveler, and researcher of lost knowledge, I help humans in desperation find their pathway back to the soul by activating the joy and light within your heart to awaken your higher self, guiding you to your limitless ability to live to your fullest potential."

Native to Texas, Holly grew up with the best of both worlds - the vast, spacious, simple nature of country life and the busy 1980s American town life. She spent her younger years frequently visiting her grandparents and great-grandparents out on their farmland in Northern Texas. Sadly, development has exploded today and covered all of what was pure before. Growing up before this explosion of concrete gave her the memories of a lifetime and has made her deeply passionate about preserving and interpreting our history.

Holly's introduction to natural healing came at the early age of 13 with past life regressions, hypnosis, yoga classes, and completing the Transcendental Meditation Course in Atlanta, Georgia in 1997. She has been working with crystals for over 23 years. Her rebirthing/breathwork experience and training also began in 1999, and she completed the Atlanta Breathworkers Training Program in 2003. As a Reiki Master teacher of since 2008, utilizing and incorporating her many healing modalities over the years she has worked with many people from all different walks of life. 

To Holly, QHHT is the "whip cream with a cherry on top" of all healing modalities. With her love of history and extensive experience in the natural healing industry, she brings her unique intuition and expertise to help others awaken to their divine light and voice. When she experienced her first QHHT session, it immediately awakened her inner voice and expanded her universe.

Holly's plant journey began with Sananga in 2021; she actively serves Sananga and Hape and assists in sacred plant medicine ceremonies where we hold the space for total transformation and healing.
